UltraLight comes with Multiphase ADS autoconfigured as standard which will detect and adjust to varying traffic conditions without the need for manual intervention providing optimal traffic flow. You can have up to 8 phases using RadioLight® signals that can be made up of 8 traffic heads or 2 pedestrian heads, or a combination of the two providing small scale temporary systems. RadioLight® signals provides a running time of up to 7 days with its 12v AGM or Lead Acid batteries, ensuring you have enough battery life to get you through your short-term temporary works. UltraLight has a modular system allowing you to use any box with either a pedestrian or traffic post making it easier for you to optimise your fleet seamlessly and adapt to different project needs. Connect the SRL Radio Remote to your RadioLight® signals with the receiver to allow manual operation of signals from a safe distance away from site. Set up RadioLight® signals with pre-programmable automatic shut-off and start-up giving you the flexibility to schedule signals to turn on and off without the need to travel to site each time.

The portable traffic lights configure as single pods or grouped into phases and can be used to control different approaches, controlling both vehicle and pedestrian flow. RadioLight® Signals offer a short-term battery life in comparison to our other portable signals, however, this can be enhanced by integrating SRL Solar PLUS® into your RadioLight® signals. SiigSense operates with an Intelligence driven Prioritised Demand Strategy (PDS). Constantly monitoring traffic flow in all operational modes to ensure optimised sequencing, further assisting in avoiding frustratingly long driver waiting times and reducing vehicle emissions. With hierarchical control within all operational modes (dependent on the scenario), the SiigSense controller issues demands with differing levels of importance ensuring that the signals react dynamically to the ever-changing requirements of the site. UltraLight ensures your portable traffic lights stay operational for longer, reducing the need for frequent maintenance and battery changes.

Beyond equipment, our comprehensive support services ensure every deployment operates seamlessly. The SiigSense controller automatically configures for vehicle or pedestrian set-up, minimising set-up time and reducing the chance of error. The reconfigurable interface ensures that not only do you have total control of the site, but the option to add user and site codes enhances individuality and security. Swap your traffic heads with pedestrian heads to provide up to two RadioLight pedestrian signals, providing you with use of one pedestrian crossing phase where needed.

UltraLight comes equipped with a five bullet lock design as standard providing peace of mind that your signals are protected and a guaranteed uninterrupted operation. The only portable signal in our fleet that allows the LED lights to dim during evenings and at night to the Highways regulations, conserving battery life. UltraLight meets the stringent TOPAS 2540A standards, ensuring that you are using the most reliable and compliant equipment on the market. UltraLight is one of three products currently on the market that is TOPAS 2540A compliant. Have UltraLight plug into the permanent networks operations with UTMC integration which can allow UltraLight to sync up with the wider local area network ensuring smoother traffic flow in and out.

The SiigSense controller automatically adjusts the system green times within specified limits to cope with changing traffic conditions on each approach, providing additional green time where needed. The resulting benefits are adaptive tidal flow periods, reduced vehicle waiting time and, most importantly, a reduction in the need for onsite operators continually monitoring traffic conditions and applying manual timing adjustments. The TTS remote control offers several operational modes tailored to different traffic conditions, such as plant-crossing, gate and shuttle modes. With a maximum range of 1.6 km, it enables traffic operators to manage traffic signals and flows efficiently, from a distance. The SiigSense portable traffic signal has been designed by experienced industry professionals with the industry in mind.

MacGen Tripod Traffic Signals (TTS) are precision-engineered in our ISO-9001 certified facilities, incorporating innovative designs and advanced technologies. These signals comply with MUTCD, AS/NZS, and other traffic safety regulations, making them ideal for effective traffic management. Multiphase ADS (Adaptive Detection System) is an advanced form of vehicle actuation, which accurately interprets traffic volume and speed to adjust green times – and in turn, optimise the flow of traffic. SiigSense has an integral GPS, and can be configured as either a Master or Subject unit, essential for maximum fleet utilisation.
